Room was very poorly maintained. Carpets were in poor shape. Bathroom tiles were stained and wreaked of build up from soap scum. Front desk staff was least concerned about someone in line, but striking up conversation with someone they may have been a guest before. Checking in guests breaking lines or showing up at the second counter.
